It is quite an old hotel and it shows. Bedding, furniture and interior all look outdated and used. The rooms warrant renovation. Had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, both rooms had leakage issues in the bathrooms. Cleanliness is bad. The beds and blankets were stained. I was charges ₹3250 per room per night and it is not at all justified. Orai has many new hotels which offer way better rooms and services event at ₹1000 price point. I had asked for an extra blanket as I was accompanied by elderly people but they asked more money for that. If you do not have any compulsion then don’t book this hotel as the condition of the rooms is pathetic. Service: 1
