I stayed at this hotel as my wife had an exam, and we were accompanied by our 5-month-old baby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When they noticed me struggling to manage alone while having coffee, they kindly looked after my baby for a while, which I truly appreciated. I had also requested a late check-out until my wife’s exam was over, and though the standard check-out time was 11 AM, they graciously extended it to 1 PM without any hassle. The hotel staff were always courteous and supportive throughout our stay. The hotel is located slightly in the corner, so there was a bit of a ventilation issue, but if that is improved, I would say this is the best hotel I have seen in Shivamogga. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience! Service: 5
