Poor Experience at Hotel Durga Diamond – Not Recommended Very disappointing experience. The waiting time is too long, and the service is extremely slow. Hygiene is a big concern—the washrooms are dirty and poorly maintained. Food is low quality but overpriced, and even basic items like cold drinks are sold at higher-than-MRP rates. Unfortunately, MSRTC buses halt here, so travelers don’t have much choice, but honestly, it’s one of the worst places to stop. Needs serious improvement in cleanliness, service, and pricing.
