Great place to be in! Great service and accommodation.. Very generous hospitality by Suhasini. Only one thing, food menu options should be more as we are hunting for authentic traditional food of Rishikesh. Service: 5

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Apart from the food quality, there was nothing good about my stay. I had booked a balcony room, but it was unusable due to 4-5 lizards constantly present in the area, making it uncomfortable to sit outside. Rooms are very small. Basic services like providing cutlery with food were also a hassle — I had to make 2-3 follow-up calls each time just to get it. Parking is another major issue. Guests are expected to park their vehicles 300-400 meters away from the hotel, and there are no valet services available. The rooms were not up to the mark and did not match the images shown during booking. Towels provided were not properly cleaned, which was very disappointing. Additionally, while the staff initially agreed to reimburse the parking charges, they created excuses at the time of checkout and refused to pay. After some back-and-forth, they eventually agreed, but the experience was unpleasant. Overall, a very disappointing stay. Service: 1
