Please make the seating littile more comfortable at the executive lounge during holidays its very hard to find a seat if you go there by 5 or more friends

**Hotel Indraprastha, Pattazhy, Kollam District, Kerala: A Mixed Experience** Hotel Indraprastha in Pattazhy, Kollam District, Kerala, seems like a newly built property, offering a surprisingly high standard of infrastructure, even surpassing many 3-star hotels in Goa. The hotel is neat, clean, and tidy. Despite being located in a small town, it boasts spacious and clean rooms equipped with good amenities. The bathroom comes with an excellent range of toiletries, and there is also a gym available. However, the service leaves much to be desired. Room service, housekeeping, and any other services are virtually non-existent. You will rarely find anyone at the reception, regardless of the time of day. No housekeeping is available on call, and to order food, you must go to the kitchen area and knock on the door to place your order. Additionally, the lift in the hotel does not work, so if your room is on a higher floor, be prepared for a climb. Language is also a barrier, as most of the staff do not speak English or Hindi. If you are not familiar with the local language, you will struggle to communicate and may need to rely on Google Translate, which worked fine for me. Overall, despite the service issues, there are no better options than Hotel Indraprastha in this area. If you can manage with limited services and language challenges, the clean and well-maintained facilities make it a reasonable choice.
