Report incorrect information
I tried to pass the instruction in swiggy app, but somehow not reflecting (From customer side it is not clear whether instruction was added)
Immediately tried to reach the restaurant, but no one picked the call.
Tried reaching swiggy, when they reached the restaurant, then they attended in conference. I tried to pass the same information, but they said food is already prepared within 2 mints from delivery.
For the next 20mints they keep defending that no mistake from their end.
They cooly asking me to contact swiggy and not the restaurant.
Very very very very bad experience, also food is full of oil. Just gave it to my DOG as I don't want to spoil my health. :-(
