Arrived at the hotel, and they cancelled my booking explaining that Agoda and booking.com take too much commissions and told me to pay directly now for triple the price. There was no proof of any cancellations either effectively paying x4 the price. I've already paid and then I had to look for a new hotel. Service: 1

The property is well-maintained, clean, and located right across from the lake, offering stunning views that truly enhanced our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. A special shoutout to Nandu, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of amazing. His warm and polite demeanor made our dinners and breakfasts truly memorable. He genuinely cared about making our trip enjoyable and was always ready to assist with a smile.
