Honest Review: Hotel Highness Grills, Vatanappalli We were a group of five candidates who came to attend the CSEB interview at Vatanappalli Service Co-operative Bank. During the lunch break (1:30 PM – 2:00 PM), the interview board advised us to have lunch from outside. We looked online for nearby restaurants and found Hotel Highness Grills with some seemingly good reviews — but unfortunately, those reviews were misleading. We ordered Mandhi, expecting a proper grilled chicken and flavourful rice. But to our disappointment: The chicken was not properly grilled — it felt undercooked and lacked the signature smoky flavour. The Mandhi rice did not taste like authentic Mandhi at all. It was bland, lacked aroma, and felt more like ordinary rice with a slight twist. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially when you’re already under the stress of an interview. Verdict:. If you're an outsider or someone new to the area, we wouldn’t recommend this place. The food quality was poor, and it definitely didn’t match the online hype. Look for other better options nearby. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: ₹200–400
