We have booked hotel for function despite of giving deposit and full payment they are not willing to give diposit back on the function day ,they did not operate lift and ac in hall no facility of water for clining manager deepak patel is very unprofessional and demand extra money for cleaning and staff service which was third class .he end up charging 1400 rs more .didnt pay deposited 1000 rs back and misbehave with family member .do not recomend the hotel or staff service
