DO NOT BOOK HERE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The management is terrible and they’re all crooks. Our tour package person had booked our reservation with this hotel 3 months in advance and when we arrived, we were shifted to a different and much worse hotel. Luckily, we were accommodated by our package person to a different hotel. Moreover, our driver mentioned the hotel manager has pulled this move several times before. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Had an Amazing experience at HOTEL HERUKA staff members were really friendly and understanding and rooms were really spacious enjoyed staying there with beautiful view of kangchenjunga and beautiful rooms Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value
