We went for a family dinner for my birthday and to be honest the hospitality was not upto mark, waiters were unprofessional, service was out of place and didn't expect anything like that from one of the prestigious restaurants in Kalyan. The judgemental looks from the waiters and managers on the floor were not welcoming at all. This was my first and definitely would be my last experience only because of the service we received and wouldnt recommend anyone to visit this restaurant. The above rating (2) is only basis the food we received which was fabulous and would suggest to order via Swiggy or Zomato. Lastly the waiters do expect huge tips which is not a good gesture at end if the service. Management needs to make some good and strict decisions in terms of hiring staff, since such behaviour would really impact the business and market standards, Thanks!

We were 5 of us for dinner , three of us reached and two were expected soon , the attendant responded saying we will allot table only after I see 5 people then only he will allow to sit on table. Anyways we didn’t dine there nor will we ever. Also everyone knows what heritage is most know for anyways you guys are not made for restaurant service. Useless rude staff.
