Slowest service EVER! We had to ASK for the menu too, after being seated for 15 minutes. Serving water took them 30 minutes - that too upon asking for it. They used to be good.. not anymore. NOT the best hotel, please!

Wash rooms too far, back side lift stairs area very ugly, parking was full, senior citizen has to come down from stairs from 9th floor due to limited and narrow lifts, Waiting area main entrance was not giving negative vibes, Sorry, Consider this for a feedback! Wrote as we felt.
