I had a disappointing experience at Shabari Veg Restaurant. The food was quite expensive considering the quality — it lacked flavor and wasn’t worth the price. The service was poor; the staff were not very hygienic, and the cashier charged extra for AC seating, even though the AC section was completely empty. What made the experience worse was the behavior of the staff. A waiter stood close by the whole time, making me feel rushed to finish my meal and leave. When I asked for the bill, the cashier was reluctant to provide it and only handed it over after I insisted, doing so quite rudely. Overall, I would not recommend visiting this restaurant. There are many better options nearby that offer tastier food, better service, and a more pleasant dining atmosphere. The highlight of this restaurant, however, is the food. The menu features a range of South Indian delights like Dosas, Uttapams, Idlis, and Vadas, along with curries, Biryanis, and Chaats. Each dish is made with fresh and high-quality ingredients, and you can taste the difference in every bite. The Masala Dosa is a must-try – the filling of potatoes, onions, and spices is perfectly balanced and the crispy dosa complements it well. Another dish that stands out is the Vegetable Biryani.
