But what truly surprised us was when we asked for some plain white rice to pair with the biryani salna — they generously served it along with a delicious prawn curry and a comforting rasam, completely unprompted. Went with lots of expectation but the biriyani is just ok , compared to the old hotel guru in mahabalipuram town .
