Only two things are positive - well behaved staff and ample parking. Countless Minus Points - Brokan Bed, Dirty Bathroom, Hot Water Issus, Very Old Restaurant, No Proper Toiletries Service: 3

This hotel is not at all recommended as rooms were full of rats .They gave us a very dirty room with smelling bedsheets and bathroom which they were claiming of clean. After complaining for more than 2 hours they changed our room and the other room was also not satisfied. I have wasted my money and every here They didn't even gave us water bottle in the room ,no soap no towel. Location is also very pathetic. My worst experience of stay ever. Service: 1

The hotel was okay overall. I was first given a nice room, but later they told me it was a "premium" room by mistake and asked me to move and pay extra. The new room was dirty, with poor walls and a non-working TV — felt like a trick to charge more. I also lost my TWS earbuds during the room change. Staff was polite, but my experience wasn’t good. Maybe it was just me, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Service: 1
