Horrible stay at Hotel Grover First, there was gross MISMATCH in the PHOTOS shown on Goibibo app and actual condition of the rooms. I was shown DIRTY rooms with lack of maintenance. Since Manager refused for refund, i asked for room upgradation, for which i was again denied stating that almost all other rooms have been already booked. But when i checked on the app, i got to know that one little better room is still available. On contacting the manager, instead of guiding me for process of room upgradation, he still remained ignorant. I had to literally shout on him in frustration. Thereafter later in evening he got my room changed. We adjusted in room provided later. Even the changed room was no good deal. While asleep in night, i had a big COCKROACH crawling over me which further increased my frustration, since small kids were also there with me. I had then to sleep with lights on which were too bright. To further increase my frustration, i discovered SEM*N like stains on my bedsheet. I had no courage left to try the breakfast at this hotel, which i intentionally skipped , seeing the poor hygiene at the hotel.
