Hotel is on the highway. Reception is good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only solar for hot water. No gyser. Since today it was raining we had to had cold water bath. Apart from hotel nothing else is close by for alternative food. Food was not good in the hotel. No refilling in complementary breakfast. The dining staff are very rude. The toiletries are only on demand. Water is also given on demand. Service: 3

Disappointing Service, Lack of Professionalism Rude and Unhelpful Receptionist The receptionist at hotel was one of the most frustrating aspects of my stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted with an attitude that was far from warm or welcoming. The receptionist seemed annoyed by basic questions and provided little information about the hotel’s amenities. When I needed help with a booking issue, their response was dismissive and unhelpful, making me feel like I was a burden rather than a guest. The poor attitude and lack of customer service made the check-in process unpleasant and left a bad first impression. This is not the kind of service I expect when staying at a hotel. Service: 1
