The staff is said to be terrific here. The fast service is a big benefit of this restaurant. The peaceful ambiance is to be found here. But google users haven't given Hotel Grand Maratha a high rating.

1.Bath room shaver handle was loose and coming out while using. When reported the issue we were told that we need to manage to use as it is as plumber was not available to fix it. 2. Towel was wet , looks like the used towel was folded and kept, when reported it was replaced. 3. Most of the times lift was not working.
