There is a beautiful view from Hotel Grand Indu Threestar. The terrific staff at this place can show how much they value their visitors. The good service is something these restaurateurs care about. Prices here are reported to be adequate. You will definitely enjoy the exotic ambiance. As for the Google rating, this spot achieved 4.5.

We had a comfortable one night stay at GI Three Star Hotel. The hotel staff is courteous, welcoming and proactive. The restaurant menu is diverse and food is very tasty. We ordered chicken thali which was authentic kolhapuri style: sumptuous and very tasty. Restaurant service was prompt and good. Breakfast was included in our stay. Though the timings were from 7.am there was delay. We had a long way by road to Hyderabad and were getting late. So we had sabudana khichdi whichnwas the only dish ready .That was the only downside.The timings must be adhered to for road travellers.Otherwise highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable overnight stay. Loved the stay, we stayed here for a night only otw to Mumbai from blr. Location was close to highway and neat and clean rooms with good view and good service. Food was pretty decent as well. Service: 5

Disappointingly Slow Service for a Simple Request I recently stayed at Grand Indu and while the facilities were generally good, the service left much to be desired. During my stay, I requested something as basic as a tissue roll, expecting it to arrive promptly. Shockingly, it took over an hour for this simple item to be delivered to my room. What made it worse was the lack of communication. After waiting for 30 minutes, I called the front desk to remind them, only to be told it would be "just a few more minutes." In the end, I had to call again after an hr before it finally arrived. While the room was clean and comfortable, such delays in service for basic necessities really diminish the overall experience. The hotel needs to work on improving response times and customer care, especially for such small yet essential requests. This experience left me frustrated, and I hope they make improvements in the future. Service: 1
