The menu of Afghan cuisine is to the pleasure of all clients here. According to the visitors' opinions, biryani are perfectly cooked. The efficient staff shows a high level of quality at Hotel Goverdhan Palace. Many reviewers think that the service is terrific. The name of this Hotel is very famous in mathura. But kindly check below points which I had felt in 2 days stay in Nov 2024. 1. No control on misquotes, every room has same issue. So much musqetoes. Can’t sleep well. 2. They demanding that they provide free breakfast including room charges. But in actual only 1 palte breakfast is free, rest are chargeable. 3. Hotel is far away from city. Not convenient to travel if you do not have own vehicle with u. 4. Room inside are very old. Hygiene level is not up to the mark 5. They say A/c room, in actual very old windows A/c are fitted inside room Service: 1

Worst hotel experience ever. The service was terrible, and the location is far from anything convenient. The staff were rude and completely unhelpful, which just added to our frustration. On top of that, the food was ridiculously overpriced—200rs for 2 boiled eggsLike seriously?? They rate themselves 3star but it’s not worth of even a 1 star. The rooms are not at all maintained.This place completely ruined our trip. If you want to enjoy your vacation, avoid this hotel at all costs. Service: 1
