Price and quantity is not the same any more what it use to be earlier. Price is high and dosa size is smaller. Not worth anymore for the price you pay. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Brunch

I had high hopes for my visit to GopalKrishna South Indian Cafe, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service was abysmal, and the behavior of the waiters left much to be desired. Upon placing our order for five masala dosas, we were met with unnecessary resistance from the waiter. Despite seeing that other patrons were being served with white chutney, the waiter flat-out refused to provide it to us. Not only was this refusal frustrating, but the manner in which it was delivered was shockingly rude and unprofessional. The waiter's attitude was toxic, as he responded to our simple request with curt and dismissive words. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior in a service-oriented establishment, especially when patrons are simply expecting basic courtesy. Beyond the issue with the white chutney, the overall service was incredibly slow and disorganized. It seemed as though the staff lacked proper training in customer service and hospitality. In addition to the disappointing service, the quality of the food did not make up for the negative experience. The masala dosas lacked the authentic flavor and freshness that one would expect from a South Indian cafe. Overall, my visit to GopalKrishna South Indian Cafe was marred by poor service and rude behavior from the waitstaff.
