I booked this hotel a week in advance, but just one hour before check-in, the manager asked me to cancel my reservation due to overbooking. After over an hour of back-and-forth, they finally provided a room, but the entire process wasted so much of our time and completely ruined our mood. The experience was incredibly unprofessional and left a bad impression. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Booked room from agoda but they also did not help.

Sunil is only man in the building/ hotel who can handle any kind of situation or matter. Personally we had one ceremony on the January 2025 and Sunil the GM is the only guy who actually cared about us and our guests. Without him the hotel will crumble and I felt so warm by the treatment he gave to us and our guests. Thank you Sunil Sir, we will always remember you Service: 5

I have visited recently to the hotel with my family . The rooms are big clean and very comfortable. About the food. It is very delicious. Staff of the hotel is so supportive and always ready to help in any manner for them guest is their first priority . Specially GM Mr Sunil ji. He is just a rockstar make you feel staying in your own hotel he takes care of everything for their guest never said no to anything asked super helpful and his team is totally marvelous Personally I have bookmark this hotel for all my visits in future to Amritsar . The hotel is located just 3 km from golden temple out from the city hustle and noise . Personally recomend everyone to stay their . Thanks GM Sunil ji work your warm hospitality Service: 5
