Read this review before your going to Calangute and Baga beach We went to this beach shack to celebrate my brother’s birthday, but it turned into a terrible experience. They charged heavily but served small portions, completely different from what was promised. It ruined our special day, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—don’t waste your time and money! Goa’s tourism is already suffering, and these beach shacks are making it worse by scamming tourists. To make things worse, the local police seem to support them. If you sit in front of the shacks on the sand, police will come and charge you, but if you sit inside the shack and spend money, they won’t bother you. It’s clear that these places bribe the police to harass tourists and force them into their overpriced businesses. If you're visiting Goa, be careful! North Goa is crowded and full of scams—better visit South Goa for a more peaceful and fair experience. These corrupt practices are ruining what was once a great destination. Avoid these beach shacks at all costs! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Cafe Goa is one of the beach shack in Calangute beach. The view in front of the beach is breath taking! Perfect for sunset and candle light dinner. Music is also great mainly bollywood but became bit boring later. They have a dance floor to bring on your crazy moves. They have wifi facility too.

We were here for the rest of the evening as we felt the vibes right along with amazing food. We ordered Goan special King Prawns. The masala was lip smacking good and we couldn't stop at one but ordered twice! We even had Prawns tandoori & Fish, this was also fresh and had decent flavour.

We tried Lobster here, it was the first time for few of us! The plating was beautiful with a small light and showing off some vegetable art. It was perfectly cooked and had a nice blend of masala. But only this costed us 2.8k

To accompany with this food we took a couple of drinks, vodka with fresh orange and pineapple juice. This is the best vodka cocktail I have had because the fruit juices were freshly made. A teetotaler in our gang had some chocolate milkshake kind of Mocktail, it was delicious.

The attendants are very friendly and helping for any suggestions you ask and they even allowed us to charge our phone with their charger while some of the cafe refused to do it! But only downside was the pricing, it came upto 14k just for all these.
