Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very good location specially for people coming for Yatra. For free and easy traveler can approach front desk staff. They will guide and advise best option .

Hotel Glacier Heights in Sonmarg is a total delight! The location is stunning—surrounded by snow-capped mountains that took our breath away and convinced us to extend our stay by an extra day just to enjoy the incredible views. The hospitality is top-notch; the staff’s warmth and care made us feel right at home. The hotel manager is a standout—super jolly and always cracking light, mood-refreshing jokes that were the cherry on the cake! The food was fantastic too—delicious and a perfect treat after exploring the snowy landscape. A must-stay in Sonmarg; we can’t wait to return! Service: 5
