This property is very old & famous in sonmarg but Newly renovation has been done. New big TV New rooms (I mean color also done so New rooms) Great heater Nice ambience Snow Snow & Snow. Feeling like Leaving in Snow. Drinking water. Breakfast was good. 100% veg Restaurant. For children chocolate milk also available. Cloth washing machine available on extra charges. Bath water is good. (No small of water) 24 hrs. Hot water. We come late night at 11.00 but room service & baggage service was very quick & fast. Hotel manager know that we are cming late so he called us at 08.00 pm & told please have dinner outside as our restaurant closed at 10.00 pm & other at 10.30 pm so much humble person, nice person. Sorry forgot photos for rooms. Also try Vaishnav dhaba near from this hotel walkable distance. Service: 5

Hotel Glacier Heights in Sonmarg is a total delight! The location is stunning—surrounded by snow-capped mountains that took our breath away and convinced us to extend our stay by an extra day just to enjoy the incredible views. The hospitality is top-notch; the staff’s warmth and care made us feel right at home. The hotel manager is a standout—super jolly and always cracking light, mood-refreshing jokes that were the cherry on the cake! The food was fantastic too—delicious and a perfect treat after exploring the snowy landscape. A must-stay in Sonmarg; we can’t wait to return! Service: 5
