My stay was disappointing due to poor maintenance and unprofessional service. The bedroom walls had visible seepage with the plaster peeling off, giving an unpleasant look. The wash basin taps were white-stained, the toilet bidet rusted, and the commode had brown stains. Even the steel soap holder had corroded. One drawer from the bedside table was missing. Out of three plug points, only one was functional, which made charging devices inconvenient. No Wi-Fi coupon was provided during check-in. The receptionist’s attitude was rude and dismissive, behaving as if running a luxury hotel while basic upkeep and courtesy were missing. Overall, a below-par experience that needs serious attention.
