- Staff service is not good (no. of times to call them for the services) - Washroom is too small, I do not know why they made small bathroom. - No hot water, they use to bring the hot water in buckets, seriously? I will not recommend this hotel to others or in futures. Service: 1

GM FRIENDS, I M HERE STAY AT GIRI PLACE RESORT TIKAMGARH. THIS PORPERTY IS VERY AMAZING AND MS .MONIKA SINGH PARMAR (CUSTOMER SALES SEVICES IS EXCELLENT. AND YASH SAHU JI IS CUSTOMER HANDLING IS EXCELLENT.

Stayed at hotel Giri palace tikamgarh on 7th Oct. 2022 for Queen room catagory where the flush of bathroom was not working after 1 hr they shifted me in deluxe room and charged for queen room got the bill cleared in 2 hr, behavior of General manager and staff is very rude. Hotel is good but there is no proffesionalism for attending the guests
