Hotel was good, and I had kala Mutton Thali, this was really great stuff, it was yum. I surely recommend you have Thali from here they have all the fishes. unfortunately I arrived late so I didn't get one. But I had mutton thali which was great and tasty. I recently visited Hotel Gavraan in Kalyan West after seeing some popular Instagram reels. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. While the ambience seemed okay, the food quality was disappointing. The fish served was undercooked and lacked basic seasoning — there was no salt in both the fish and the rice. Additionally, there were no spoons on the table, and I had to ask the waiter three times just to get a bottle of water, which reflects poorly on the service. I would also like to request Instagram food vloggers to please taste the food properly before promoting any place. Reels may look appealing, but they should reflect the real experience — otherwise, it affects the trust of your audience. Hoping the hotel management takes this feedback positively and works on improving both the food quality and service.
