Disappointing Experience – Repeated Issues & No Accountability ~ I’ve given this hotel multiple chances, but today was the worst experience yet. Every time I place an order, something is missing. This time, half of my order was missing, and despite previous complaints, nothing has changed. To make matters worse, they are completely unresponsive—no one answers calls, and there’s zero cooperation from the staff. The food quality has also deteriorated over time, making it a complete waste of money. If you’re thinking of ordering from here, DON’T. It’s unreliable, frustrating, and simply not worth it.
