They might misuse your identity proofs that you submit while registration process.We submitted our ID proofs through watsapp when we stayed at this hotel.3-4 months after returning to our hometown, I started receiving vulgar messages from unknown numbers. That person knew my name, my address & that was so insecure feeling & I got so tensed. Later on after analysing & recalling we found out that it was one of the male receptionist at Ganesh Hotel.When caught, that person was not enough apologetic but taking it very lightly.Somehow we arranged the contact number of the hotel owner & told the whole matter, he promised us that he will take action against him.Since then we don't know what action has been taken but it was a fierce experience that whenever we talk about Varanasi this terrible experience comes to our mind & fill us with negative vibes.This is the breach of our privacy as they are misusing our identity proofs. Also, this is the breach of modesty of a woman as well. If we could have gone legal, he had got good legal charges.Don't know with how many tourist guests they have done it before. I am a female & this way they had misbehaved with me. I could have sued them but I haven't yet. But I still have all the proofs & I will keep it.I am writing this review to aware those who are going to stay in this hotel. It was such a nasty, terrible & traumatic 1st & a last time experience that I ever had in any hotel.
