Very bad service, I have booked room no 205 from 28 September till 2nd October ( check out early morning on 3 October), no tea and breakfast available on 2nd October, room not cleaned, one has to remind at least Five times for a bottle of mineral water, from 29 September till yesterday except bread butter nothing is available for breakfast. During check in I have paid 100% for tarif and due to this reason hotel manager started blackmailing, told me to leave the hotel if I'm not satisfied... TV in the room not working since last two days. No hot water available in bathroom. Tried to contact owner of the hotel Sri Pranab Ghosh but he never lifted the mobile. Request everyone not to stay at Hotel Galaxy, Raiganj... Other hotels at same prices are available at Raiganj.
Every facility in Hotel Galaxy Inn is very superhit in which the behavior and service of the staff is exactly like a family, which if you get anywhere other than home, then you will get it in Hotel Galaxy Inn, Raiganj. We also met the hotel owner when we were being discharged from the hotel, his behavior and smile on his face were saying that he did not do this hotel business to earn money but to earn respect, love and affection.
