They don't treat there guest properly. I went to Galaxy Inn Hotel for lunch yesterday. Everyone there was just sitting and watching a movie. No one came to offer me even water. I waited for 35 minutes, but no one came, so I left. Even last year when I went there, I had ordered biryani, and it had a cockroach in it. Overall, all the staff together have completely ruined the hotel.
