Hotel Galaxy is on the Jodhpur - Jaipur highway. It's just like other hotel or Dhaba that you will find across North India. We ordered Aloo Paratha, Sev Masala Bhaji, Kadhi chaval. Aloo Paratha was deep fried. Sev Masala Bhaji was palatable. Kadhi chaval was the safest bet and was up to the mark. Couldn't find any families or groups, only people were the truck drivers who had come for lunch.
