Disappointing Experience - Needs Major Improvements in Cleanliness & Food My recent stay at Hotel Felicita was quite disappointing, primarily due to issues with cleanliness and food quality. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. The common areas felt unkempt, and frankly, the staff's attire and the very dirty cloths used for cleaning tables were quite off-putting and unhygienic. This made us question the general sanitation standards throughout the establishment. Furthermore, the taste of the food was not up to the mark. It lacked flavor and freshness, which significantly detracted from the dining experience. While I appreciate the effort, there's a significant need for Hotel Felicita to address these core issues. Improved sanitation practices, a focus on staff hygiene, and a complete overhaul of the food quality are crucial for a better guest experience.
