Had a wonderful dining experience at Farsa Restaurant, Manjeri. The food was absolutely delicious and every item we ordered was worth trying. From the flavourful Alfaham and Tandoori Chicken to the rich Butter Chicken, crispy broast, fresh salads, and refreshing lime drinks—everything was well prepared and satisfying. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality and quantity served, making it great value for money. Service was prompt and courteous, and the overall ambience was pleasant.Ample parking space is another big plus, making it very convenient even during busy hours. I had a very disappointing dining experience at Farsa Restaurant Hilite Mall Branch. We ordered the Chatti Chore dish, but the fish fry smelled bad and seemed spoiled. The food was served with a long delay, which was very slow. Additionally, the Chatti Chore was served without curry. Only after we asked did they bring it, and even then, no apology was offered. The staff showed very poor customer service and no concern for our experience. Their attitude made it feel like they were doing us a favor or giving us a free meal, rather than taking responsibility for the issues. Overall, bad food quality and very poor dining service. I would not recommend this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The food is okay, but I want to talk about their seating service. A customer comes to a restaurant not only to eat food, but also for comfort, happiness, and togetherness. Sadly, I want to share my experience, they limit where customers can sit. We wanted to choose our own comfortable seats, but the staff did not allow us, even though the seats were not reserved. Customers should be able to decide where to sit, not the staff. This is very poor customer service. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Service: 1
