I placed an order for 9 paratha from Swiggy , the delivery person was waiting at this place from past 50 min . As it was shown in the app as order prepared so he went there but despite marked as prepared he still waited for 50 min . So I called the delivery person and asked him to make me speak to the owner , a lady spoke to. Me and she was one of the most pathetic and rudest behaviour person I spoke to when asked why it's taking so long she replied in very rude way ki haan nahi bana hai abhi tak tou kya kare and then started arguing with the delivery guy . Its sad to know someone running a business with so low standard way of talking , rude and pathetic . Service: 1
