Hotel Elm is recommended for the professional staff. The fine service is something these restaurateurs care about. The average rating of this place on Google is 4.3.
We booked Hotel ELM for one night as we had a function in the adjacent hotel. First of all they were rude towards our makeup artists, didnt let them in. Post requesting multiple times, they finally allowed. In the evening during the function when the room was empty, a breastfeeding mother needed to nurse her child, they once again denied entry. No hospitality, very weird behaviour of staff. Mosquitoes in the room. Not recommended for anyone. We finally checked out at 8pm same day and didn’t even stay the night there and had to book another stay immediately.
We booked Hotel ELM for one night as we had an event at the adjacent property, but the experience was extremely disappointing. To begin with, the staff was rude and unaccommodating. They refused entry to our makeup artists despite us staying there, and only allowed them after repeated requests. Later in the evening, when the room was empty, a breastfeeding mother needed to nurse her child, yet the staff again denied entry, which was absolutely unacceptable. The hospitality was non-existent, the staff behaviour was strange and unfriendly, and the room itself had mosquitoes, making it uncomfortable to use. We were so dissatisfied that we checked out by 8 PM the same day, without staying the night, and had to urgently book accommodation elsewhere. Not recommended at all.
If you need to stay near Indradhanush Auditorium then can opt for this hotel. Very high tariff charges for small room without window in it. Direct booking may save some amount vs MMT booking. Breakfast usually served in room only as buffet is not there until more customers are there. Maintenance of washroom needs to be improved.
