Chinese and Mughlai cuisines are what this restaurant boasts. Many visitors come to enjoy good chicken, paneer and roti. The positive aspect of Hotel Durva is that the staff is competent. Nice service is something guests like here. The atmosphere is charming, as people see it. But most clients who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

My recent visit to Hotel Durva left me deeply dissatisfied with the overall dining experience. The poor service and excessively delayed orders significantly tarnished what should have been a simple and enjoyable meal. Upon entering the restaurant, it became apparent that the staff was struggling to manage the flow of customers. The lack of organization and communication was evident, leading to extended wait times just to be seated. The initial inconvenience foreshadowed the challenges that would persist throughout the evening. The service, unfortunately, did not improve once seated. The staff appeared overwhelmed and inattentive, neglecting to check on tables or provide necessary information about the menu. When our orders were finally taken, the wait for our meals became an exercise in patience. The prolonged delays left a negative impact on the overall dining atmosphere. When the food finally arrived, it was clear that the kitchen was also grappling with inefficiencies. The dishes lacked the freshness and attention to detail one would expect, indicating a rushed and careless preparation process. The taste and presentation suffered, further contributing to the disappointment of the dining experience. Communication from the staff regarding the delays was lacking, leaving customers in the dark about the status of their orders. A simple gesture of apology or an update on the situation could have mitigated some frustration, but unfortunately, this was not the case. My experience at Hotel Durva was marred by poor service and excessively delayed orders. While the establishment may have potential, significant improvements in management, staff training, and overall efficiency are required to meet basic expectations for a satisfactory dining experience. It is my hope that these concerns are addressed promptly for the benefit of both the restaurant and its patrons.
