My experience of staying at the Hotel was terrible. Hotel Cleanliness and hygiene was terrible. Toilet flush was not working. Bed sheets, Linen were all dirty and looked reused multiple times without wash, Cockroaches were in the room and bathroom. Repair work and noise was ongoing even at night. Some horrible smelling paint was being used. To top it all inspite of having a prepaid booking, the hotel manager insisted I pay again- refused to listen and see evidence of my paid booking. I sincerely hope they act more professional and revamp their cleaning practices so customers can keep visiting. Service: 1

Loved the ambience view and management is super friendly...hats off to awesome owner & staff ..loved the stay with super helpful staff for guidance and shuttle transport nearby .. also highly recommend to all couples families with kids and solo traveller like me ..go for it ..also don't forget to order food , it's damm delicious and great service. Ty hotel dolphin and team . Jai mata di Service: 5
