1 star is also too much for this hotel. In description of the combo pack, thumbs up was mention but I received water bottle instead I have selected veg Hyderabadi but some random mix vegetable received. Instead of Fish Curry, I received veg curry The food was all cold and not fresh also. Packing was terrible, even roadside cart do much better packing. No Bill received. I call up customer care but the response was more partner centric rather than customer centric Pathetic experience
