Service was very poor, essentials like soap, toothbrush,bed bed sheet were dirty, even floor was also not clean. There was no hot water for taking bath. Service: 2

Overall experience is very bad, Rooms was not clean, food quality was poor, no proper floor cleaning or dusting. No Electricity in rooms from last 2 hours. Initially they told that in 2 mins generator will be ready but now it's more than 2 hours and still no Electricity. Service: 1
