Food delivery is a big plus of Hotel De Paris Sasthamangalam. The nice staff welcomes people all year round. The enjoyable service is something these restaurateurs care about. Many reviewers suppose that prices are adequate for what you get. The atmosphere is cozy, a lot of visitors appreciated the style of this place. Disappointed with Butter Chicken Quality I recently ordered butter chicken (₹290) along with 6 wheat porottas from this restaurant. However, the dish we received seemed to be pieces of tandoori chicken mixed into butter chicken gravy, rather than the usual boneless chicken used in traditional butter chicken. You can see this in the attached photo. When we raised this with the staff, they insisted it was their version of “tandoori butter chicken.” But we specifically ordered regular butter chicken, and this wasn’t what we expected. They did offer a replacement, but we chose to eat what was served. While the gravy tasted okay, we were disappointed because it didn’t match the authentic butter chicken preparation we’re used to, especially at this price. Our final bill came to ₹377, which included a ₹40 discount. Sharing this feedback so other customers are aware, and so the restaurant might consider clarifying dish names or descriptions on their menu in future. I had a Alfaham Mandhi from there today and got my stomach upset. The food was poor quality and overpriced. If you are concerned about your health, it's better to find some other place. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Tasty food but service is very bad especially during the lunch time. The serving people didn't pay any attention as to the customers and u need to call them several times to get something served. They are a bit unprofessional in handling the customers. If u can bear with their unprofessionalism, then the hotel is good. Price per person: ₹200–400
