1. Cleanliness: 1/5 The room was unclean, with dirty bed sheets and a strong cigarette smell. 2. Staff Attitude: 1/5 The hotel staff's attitude was unfriendly and unhelpful. 3. Too small room, felt claustrophobic, photos show big room but room bed and bathroom also small.
