Food quality is not good Palm oil used, थाळी system...... K but biryani word is wrong in that booklet There is no testy food मटण not properly cooked, cutting of मटण was not so good Given peices mutton were......... So so.... रस्सा quality was bad..... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Disappointing Dining Experience I had high expectations for my meal at this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short. Here are the key issues I encountered: Food Quality: The overall quality of the food was very disappointing. It felt like the dishes were poorly prepared and lacked freshness. Roti: The roti was particularly hard, making it nearly inedible. Instead of being soft and fluffy, it was dry and difficult to chew. ROTI was very hard even we removed outside portion to have it. gravy : The ravey was served lukewarm, which really detracted from the enjoyment. It didn’t have the rich flavor I expected, and it felt like it had been sitting out for too long. Service Delay: One of the most frustrating aspects was the long wait for our food. We were left waiting for an unacceptably long time, which added to our dissatisfaction. Staff Attitude: The behavior of the waitstaff was concerning. They seemed untrained and lacking in basic customer service skills. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism, and their demeanor was not welcoming at all. Only one good thig is hotel owner as he came very last movement and apologize for everything. Overall, the combination of poor food quality, slow service, and unprofessional staff made for a very disappointing dining experience. I would not recommend this hotel for dining, as there are definitely better options available elsewhere.
