I had booked the hotel fora the stay for my daughters wedding for four days in crown saphire karnal.it was a nice experience they took care of each n eVERY SMALL REQUIREMENT TILL THE llast person checked out.i did not hear a singke no for anythingfrom ur management.sahil the manager was a very cooperative person.i was bit doubt full weather things gonna manage properly or not .but sahil always kept on saying maam aap bahot tenshion le re ho hum hain aap chinta na karo....n he proved it. The housekeeping team mamta n sahil were always on toes n helping us. They gaved us there banquet so all the functions went flawlessly. Food was the great additionanyone xan have.Everyone who filled the plate emptied it.it is the indication of good taste.not a single case of stomach upset.great show all the cheff my all the guest were happy the taste u served on plate. Thankyou team crown sapphire for all the skeepless night which u all had to make my guest stay comfortable n making the memories of my daughters wedding so beautiful n mememorable.we all enjoyed staying with u good luck for ur future. Such a poor and dirty hotel.......Guys never went to this hotel at even Rs 500/night also. The hotel staff is so rude and doesn't listen to any of your problems.The hotel is not as per photos shown.......Poor and pathetic place Service: 1
