Positive- Good food and fabulous restaurant staff Negatives- Upon arrival the first person met was the front desk executive on duty, who was highly rude in both verbal as well as non verbal communication, untrained guards, no valet service, open parking with no gates, in fact car was parked between the decorations of the banquet of the hotel, rooms were filthy and stinky, dampness was visible on walls, lifts were dirty and not maintained properly a big screw was bulging out in the lift cabin, I asked for a glass and they gave me glass with branding of some liquor brand, stay there only if you want to spoil your holiday, really a bad experience, attaching images to substantiate Service: 1
