From the moment we switched off the scooter, the overpowering smell of sewage you encounter at the front door, we thought it a one off. Then in the evening you could still smell it in the room. On exit we could not lock the door to our room, after a few failed attempts to get it to work, he suggested that we leave it unlocked and go about our business. No thanks. I asked for another room. The rooms are dirty the toilet leaks, the Ac don't work, the fan in the bathroom makes a screeching sound, the price for Room wasn't fair at 2000 so I suggested 1500 and we agreed which I thought was still a bit over the top, but the food was good. Tea coffee hot. Do not book anything upfront till you've seen the rooms, you can then make your own judgement. Good luck and hopefully the building work next door has finished, it should be as they work till 9.30pm Service: 1

hlw sir i m the manager of hotel city pride and i am so sad after seen your review , and i dont think all the things happend in our hotel whats you wrote in review. personallly all the quary solved me . and you are saying staff bhavior not be good although staff didnt talk with you . and you also mention there blanket are dirty hygiene not be good and they didnt mentain hygiene, thats not be fare sir we gave our best over best servise for you i know some locking issues happend but we solved that immediately and thats not mean our hotal not be good i hope you undustand and delete your bad comment whats you switch on our hotel website
