Chinese and Indian food will be what you are offered to taste at this bbq. A selection of good coffee is offered to visitors. Live music is played by musicians in the evening. The hospitable staff meets you at Hotel City Heart Premium all year round. Fast service is something guests agree upon here. Based on the reviewers' opinions, prices are adequate. You will definitely appreciate the comfortable ambiance and terrific decor. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

This hotel is quite old rooms are not maintained but I got to know from manager that hotel is going to renovate in coming 2-3 months. For breakfast I would rate 5 star such a delicious food they served us. Thank you for the better service. Service: 4

Zero rating as hotel couldn't even provide us room which was booked via phone directly to their counter. Check in was for 10 April They blantly refused stating that a group was already there and they have occupied maximum rooms.I booked a super deluxe room @2800/- with breakfast plan. Offered 1 empty room was quite smaller against what I booked which I declined. Then they offered a same category room in their another property (Although same was only referral to another hotel-Hotel jullundhar 18 in sector 18-D. City heart premium arranged a auto to drop me and mine luggage there. Also they assured the same category room would be offered at same rate there. Surprisingly when I reached there, I found 2 only category of rooms there..1 was same as offered earlier in city heart and another was family suite- tariff for which was 3800/- which was of no use. Upon negotiation with reception guy I managed to cut down tariff to Rs 2500/ smaller size room. Jullundhar 18 had also its own set of flaws- (1) Ac was centrally controlled and at times they used to switch off same on their own which I had to request to be switched on multiple times. (2) While checkout at morning next day, there was only staff who was sleeping and disagreed to arrange luggage checkout from room stating that he is alone and can't leave counter. I managed to myself being luggage to lift and bring down same to counter. (3) Also they added fake food bill to my final checkout amount which I had not even consumed. It is recommended to check twice and remain cautious with city heart premium and jullundhar 18 before booking. Service: 1
