Comfortable stay, very polite staff behaviour, provided excellent services. Food quality is good, and hygienic food. Even in my early check in they cooperated with us and provide good services. Overall good stay. Service: 5

I booked delux twin room. As per charges room and washroom was very small. Food was okay. Hot water not coming after some time. In website they mentioned that 24/7 hot water . Very bad experience. As they are charging upper side compared to others. They give false statement that they have room for driver . Very bad arrangement for driver. Service: 2

Dear Sir, thank you for your valuable feedback. We do have dormitory room and separate washroom for drivers, which we provide absolutely free of cost, which most of the hotels don't provide. Regarding hot water, we will get it checked. Thank you.

Their rooms are clean and spacious enough. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's centrally located and also close to the railway station. They have an in-house restaurant, it's vegetarian and the food is very good. Their breakfast spread quintessential maharashtrian items and were very nice. Service: 4
