My Three Sisters went to Hotel Churuvilla at Ranchi on 6th January 2025, & I have booked the room through confirmtkt app as per preview every things is good, Deluxe room. But when they reached everything is bad , on lift, rooms are worst, behaviour bad , bathroom basin outline broken beds are wet . Please stop all those things, Don't cheat with coustomer I think the owner did not know all those things, Please Sir , look after it, & treat your staff, how to behave with ledies (senior citizens) Service: 1
