The mutton served in the thali ordered by my mother was not fully cooked and was very hard to chew. Still my mother ate it without raising a complaint to the restaurant management.
After sometime a lady manager on her own approached us to take our feedback, my mother gave a genuine feedback that the mutton is not fully cooked and hard to chew. The manager took the feedback with a surprised face and simply went away, no remorse, no apology and shockingly she never approached our table again.
The ignorance from the lady manager by not taking any action on the feedback she herself inquired for. Is very insulting.
Extremely disappointed. Customers feedback & opinions are not valued in this restaurant. This branch not recommended.
